Filter Hook: This run of the edd_payment_meta filter is for backwards compatibility purposes. The filter will also run in the EDD_Payment::save method. By keeping this here, it retains compatbility of adding payment meta prior to the payment being inserted, as was previously supported by edd_insert_payment().
