Method: Terminate the current page

Method: Starts a new page to the document. The page must be closed using the endPage() function.

Method: Set start-writing mark on current page stream used to put borders and fills.

Method: Returns header data:

• $ret[‘logo’] = logo image
• $ret[‘logo_width’] = width of the image logo in user units
• $ret[‘title’] = header title
• $ret[‘string’] = header description string
